Hey yall! I forgot to send my email today so I'm just writing it really quick, and will give you the highlights.This past week was pretty good and normalWent on exchanges with Elder Mauseth my first companion and trainer, was super fun. We got into a water fight at the apartment and was completely soaked by the end of it We had English classes at the church after that but no one showed up. Rip. Had exchanges with Elder Loose which was super fun also, I was able to get on bikes again and relive the first couple of months on the mission which was refreshing, although it's extremely hot and humid outside now so yeahhhhh. It was also fun cause I got to take the lead in the companionship and contacts that day even though I wasn't in my area. Super fun! Yesterday on P-Day, us and the other Cub Run Elders went fishing out at Burke Lake and it was fun, but we didn't catch any fish and I got completely fried by the sun, I didn't put on sunscreent but it was ...

Hey yall, back at it again with another email!  Hoping everyone is good wherever you're at   Anyway, not too much happened this week but I'll give ya the highlights  -Had exchanges with Elder Hanks this week on Tuesday which was pretty cool cause I got to be in the Sudley area for the day, it was a change of scenery. We had a part member meal breakfast in the morning with the wife being a member but the husband not. They cooked us some fire eggs with hot sauce and made us homemade strawberry shakes, actually fire  We taught them the restoration and it was pretty good! There's always power and the Spirit when reciting the First Vision   the rest of the day was just having some lessons with friends and doing street contacts and the usual stuff. -We had stake conference yesterday in the Centreville building and we had an Area Seventy come, Elder Dushku who gave his talk this last general conference on Pillars of Ray, his talk at stake conference was super...

Hola Familia, amigos y Distrito! Como están?  This week was a doozy, that's for sure! Let's just say I've reevaluated and have made good changes, and they've been good ones lol. Don't worry I'm fine, it was just a rough one.  Anyway, we had exchanges with Elder Chapman and Elder Loose, I was with Elder Chapman and it was pretty alright. Just knocked a ton of doors and set some lessons up. Fue bueno.  We're trying to get our most progressing friend named Alberto to church, he lives in the trailers where we always go to. Such a cool 86 year old man. Can't go to church cause he's got health problems but he lives it when we come over and read/study the Book of Mormón with him. He's got alzheimers and is forgetting things more and more but everytime we come over, he seems to remember more. Yoooooo, wassup peeps!  Hows everyone doing? (:  Had a pretty good week overall here in Chantilly    Nothing to crazy happened but I'll give ya the highlights!  I was able to go on exchanges with Elder Loose who's still in his training, and it went great actually! I wanted to try out a new area so we decided to go to Sudley. We went to our first neighborhood to start finding and this old guy across the road in his driveway yelled and asked us if we were Mormons. I then went on to say that Mormon was a nick name for the Church and then he just cut me off and yelled at us that there's no solicitors allowed here and you need to leave. Lol. Dude was a veteran cause I saw his hat and I thanked him for his service right after that and he said, "Ok!" Haha, white people are a lot more mean than latinos I'll say that, oh and he got in his car after that and told us to read the Book of revelations and that we were wrong or something lol. Yo yo yooooo, what's up everyone! Hope yall have had a good week! Everything goings alright here in Cub Run and I'll just get right into it!  We had Zone Conference this last week and it was good! Way more spiritually uplifting this time and it was all about building our faith un Jesus Christ through all our contacts and other activities of missionary work and yeah! Pretty straightforward!  You might be wondering why my email is titled the way it is so I guess I'll get right into it. So there's been this lady that has come to church and our Mothers Day ward party that self referred herself to the missionaries and was super nice when we met her and everything, so we were stoked to be able to start teaching her! So we visited her house and get to her front door and she answers and we realize that we actually needed a guy present in the house which we didn't think about, so we told her we were really sorry and that we could do another time, but we actually ended up jus...

Hola familia y amigos! This week was definitely my favorite so far! I'm a little sad cause I've gotta speedrun this email right now so imma Rush a bit.  Estoy 23 años ahora, WOOOOOOOO! DANG IM OLD! Also, I got transfered to a new area out of Occoquan to Cub Run A! So crazy and fun!  Los Bautista familia was super nice and sang me happy birthday and got me brownies, Karel and her madre sang happy birthday also to me with a chocolate cake   just absolutamente fuego! Said Goodbye to Occoquan and Elder Pérez, definitely bittersweet, my new comp is Elder Paxton and we're already having a good time here Also I was able to participate or give like 6 healing blessings or comfort blessings this week to members, hermanas o random people I've never met in my life, so cool!
