Week 26, July 1 2024. New President

Hey yall, I'm chillin out here in DC still. Here's the deets of the past week. Found 4 new Venezuelan friends in the trailers through literal coordination from God, It was pretty sick, we had a fire Spirit filled lesson with them on the restoration. They have lots of potential but they just need to set up with us again and respond to our messages instead of just read them.We got 5 friends to church! Luis came back again with a family member this time, now we just need to find a way to teach him when he has time off from work through out the week. We're probably gonna have to just teach him through videocall or texts somehow. Fue bueno! Also, we saw William Starley at church with his family(aka Elder Starley) that was sick! It was a great reunión afterwards and it was good seeing one of the most legendary Elders to grace the mission. Miracle Week! Week 28 July 15,2024

Hey yall! Sorry for not sending my email yesterday it was a busy P-Day full of sports with the Elders and I'm sore but anyways, I'll give you a run down as brief as I can! Had exchanges with the ZLs which included my trainer Elder Mauseth and it was so so good, probably the best exchange I've ever had! We found 2 new people, had Panda Express with Hermano Loza and the Cub Run B Elders which always slaps, then we went to Gilberts corner which is far out on our area Book but decided to go out there anyway and visit a strong member in our branch named Betty, super cool lady! Anyway, it was pouring down rain at about 7 and we called her right outside her house to see if we could come by to share a message and she ended up picking right up and said of course! (Which surprised me cause I wasn't expecting it) anyway, we knock, she let's us in and then this other lady comes in who's her daughter in law from bolivia named frances and sits next to betty and us. Day 210 July 29, 2024

Hey yall, would you look at that, another email! Crazy I'm 1/4 done with my mission so far, been quite the journey! Anyway, gonna try to keep it short here. - Did a bunch of service for the Rodriguez family this last week, literally spent 6 hours on I believe Friday or Thursday, one of those days, it's harder than you think to keep track of which day certain things happen on your mission, but yeah they sure did appreciate that though, we left our car inside the public storage place and couldn't get back in cause it was close so the Cub Run b Elders had to give us a ride back. But it's all good cause we didn't get towed like the other week. -We were going to have a baptism for Damaris on this last Saturday but she canceled a couple hours before the baptism cause she wouldn't be able to come to church on Sunday for work, twas a fat bummer, however, still had baptisms by the other Elders and that was nice to be apart of. Vamos a Peru pronto, yo prometo July 22, 2024

Hey yall, back at it again as usual, pretty slow week but also good! -Had interviews with President Macpherson at the mission home after district council this last Wednesday, and they went super well! It's pretty cool to just wait a couple of minutes for your interview as you see Elder Rasbands grandkids messing around with their poodle dog lol. Their family is so righteous and awesome! Their son got set apart by Elder Rasband himself and is leaving in like 2 days to Costa Rica! We talked about my situation with my visa still on if I'm ready to go and he told me that it's my choice whether I want to stay here or go to Perú. Obviously Perú but I still was unsure since if it was the right time or not. He told me to pray about it what would be the best decision cause he doesn't want me in a limbo state anymore, me too lol. Estoy Cansado. Week 27. July 8 2024

This week we had a lot of work done... we tried to do many things and let's just say that the adversary was working hard to stop us... we had a lot of member visit helping to strengthen them! Especially on the fourth of July, that was a crazy little party... you'll have to ask me when I see you all! I got to meet God this week through my prayers, i changed the way I pray and it has become incredibly personal and spiritual. We have zone conference this week and I'm excited to see all the missionaries from my previous district! I got to kiss a cute little puppy too! Literally in love! Don't worry not gay! We had exchanges with the DL and his comp and I got to pay for cracker barrel which was fuego. I literally couldn't finish my last email just cause I'm now in Washington DC btw is great sacrament. Week 25 June 24, 2024

I got sent to Peru!! Haha, jk, I'm still here in Cub Run heheheh Hopefully I didn't give you a heart attack Mom. Anyway, this week was great!!I loved it! I'll relax some of the highlights! It was transfers and me and Elder Paxton are still comps here in Cub Run! Elder Larson left Cub Run B and we have Elder Ulloa here now Me and Elder Paxton got one of our friends to church, his name is Luis, dude is so down to earth and we weren't even expecting him to come cause all I sent him was a good morning message and how he's been, so that was a mini miracle! He didn't stay the whole time cause I think he had work and his Kids to get back to but good news is that he's interested in coming back with his whole family next week! We're hoping to start teaching them and get them baptized cause they are so nice and down to earth and ready for the gospel! Week 24 June 17, 2024. What a week!

Hey yall! I forgot to send my email today so I'm just writing it really quick, and will give you the highlights.This past week was pretty good and normalWent on exchanges with Elder Mauseth my first companion and trainer, was super fun. We got into a water fight at the apartment and was completely soaked by the end of it We had English classes at the church after that but no one showed up. Rip. Had exchanges with Elder Loose which was super fun also, I was able to get on bikes again and relive the first couple of months on the mission which was refreshing, although it's extremely hot and humid outside now so yeahhhhh. It was also fun cause I got to take the lead in the companionship and contacts that day even though I wasn't in my area. Super fun!
